"Heather is always pleasant, and takes care of my requests promptly. (I've had five State Farm agents since I moved to this area in 1968. The first offered a great Road Atlas in the Welcome Wagon kit I received from area merchants. The second and fourth gentlemen became my best customers in my clothing store. The reasons I "changed" were usually from either retirement or death. I may or may not be able to "save" all sorts of $$$ by shopping around, but I've never had any problems or arguments with the claims I've had with State Farm. So, why change a good thing?)"

"We've been with Kory Arvin State Farm Insurance for a few years now. We have an in person review about every other year to see if we are up to date with what we want and need. Every time we call or come in, Heather greets us with a smile. She's a true gem of helpfulness! Our new agent is Rachel Elston and when she found out about my husband's cancer, she spearheaded a get well card having it signed by everyone in the office and sent it to us! Just a sweetheart of a person! We feel well cared for by Kory and the staff at State Farm!"
